Responsibilities
Tendering, selection and management of facility management (FM) service providers
Organization and oversight of maintenance and repair activities (including HVAC, fire extinguishers, DGUV-3 inspections (electrical safety checks), fire doors, rolling shutters, ladders and steps)
Cost estimation and implementation of savings potential within the FM area
Support for branch openings (engaging energy suppliers, waste contractors and cleaning services; scheduling trades subject to maintenance; registration/deregistration with fee and licensing authorities such as GEZ and GEMA)
Monitoring of ancillary costs and energy management
Organization of key and lock orders
Troubleshooting and handling of ad-hoc requests from branches
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Experience in facility management, ideally within a branch or multi-site structure
Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Confident manner when dealing with external service providers and internal stakeholders
Cost awareness and analytical thinking
Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and good written and spoken English
