- Lead and ensure appropriate professional development of all Vulcan employees
- Collaborate with the site Authorisee's office to ensure effective delivery of all Authorisation conditions
- Ensure all site programmes, customer and financial performance in line with commitments
- Lead development of options and associated business appraisals for realisation of an ensuring RR presence in Caithness
Requirements
- A breadth of leadership experience
- Senior operational and/or programme management experience in complex, highly regulated engineering contexts
- A track record of delivery of tactical, operational and strategic objectives in an environment of change and uncertainty
- Broad understanding of implementation and delivery of requirements to support operations in a highly regulated environment
- Experience of the development and delivery of large scale business strategies is desirable
- Proven ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
