Responsibilities

Ensure proper staffing and coverage through effective recruitment and scheduling.
Interview and build a pipeline of future employees.
Provide continuous training and career development for all team members.
Hire, train, and lead location staff with a focus on company culture and cohesion.
Maintain a professional personal image and uphold location standards.
Oversee loaner vehicle cleanliness, safety, and readiness for customers.
Manage inventory, building supplies, and operational resources.
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and service operations.
Proven leadership experience, ideally as an automotive service manager or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of energy and the ability to set priorities.
