Responsibilities
Resolve a full range of internal and external requests
Assist with the coordination of various processes and programs as they relate to customer needs

Prepare responses to customer complaints under supervision by more senior management
Work on data collection, fact-finding and research
May have responsibility to conduct and/or coordinate training of others

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position
Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
