Responsibilities
Supporting the management of key client relationships and contributing to overall relationship health
Delivering insight-led projects and consultancy work to a consistently high standard
Using a consultative approach to answer client business questions with data-driven solutions
Managing multiple live projects across different clients
Communicating the Plan-Apps proposition confidently and handling common client objections
Collaborating with Insight and Planning teams to create impactful outputs
Contributing ideas to wider organisational initiatives that support SMG’s mission
Requirements
1+ years’ experience in a client-facing role
Experience contributing to high-quality deliverables
Confidence presenting work directly to clients
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
A baseline understanding of the retail media industry
A solution-focused mindset and the ability to think differently
An interest in data and insight (experience working with data is a plus)
