Responsibilities
You handle the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension and benefits
You serve as the point of contact for occupational and private pension provision for our client base
You manage the portfolio of our corporate and private clients
You are responsible for the complete handling of cases, aiming for case closure wherever possible
You work closely with our internal team and independently conduct annual review meetings
You advise on and present proposals for corporate benefits concepts
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk, a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
A passion for customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Comfortable working with a strong team spirit
