Business Developer EMEA driving a central role in market expansion for security solutions. Identifying vertical applications and contributing to revenue growth in the region.
Responsibilities
Growth: You will take responsibility for existing customers and partners and further develop ongoing business.
Development of new verticals: You will develop new business areas and customer segments.
Build and maintain relationships: You will develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and position our products/services as the ideal solution.
Manage the sales cycle: You are responsible for the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation to closing.
Cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in hardware or technical sales.
Proven track record: You have a successful history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building and expanding customer relationships.
Communication skills: You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills and can explain complex content clearly.
Strategic thinking: You quickly analyze situations, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to achieve goals.
Initiative & independence: You work proactively, independently, and solution-oriented, even in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is desirable but not mandatory.
Languages: German (native / C2), English (business fluent / C1); other European languages are an advantage.
