Responsibilities

Compliance: Monitor transactions to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements of the Central Bank (BACEN) and the financial intelligence unit (COAF), acting with a high degree of responsibility;
Strategy and Analysis: Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), identify business opportunities, analyze exchange rate movements and provide management reports with strategic recommendations;
Conflict Resolution: Anticipate risks and act proactively to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
Knowledge of foreign exchange, international trade, financial operations or related areas;
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or related fields;
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with FX modalities (spot, forward, derivatives, etc.) and FX regulation;
Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, negotiation skills, proactivity, autonomy and ability to multitask;
