- Analytical thinking to quickly identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Self-initiative, strong organizational skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Experience in the construction industry is helpful but not required—we will teach you everything you need
- Affinity for and interest in complex software products and the willingness to get up to speed quickly in our proprietary IDA CRM
