Responsibilities
Lead business development for North America by defining and executing a regional growth strategy aligned with Behaviour’s overall objectives;
Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value opportunities in publishing, licensing, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging business models;
Lead complex negotiations and act as Behaviour’s ambassador in key industry forums, strengthening the company’s visibility and influence;
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with publishers, platforms, external partners, and other regional stakeholders;
Provide strategic analysis to leadership by studying market trends, competitor activity, customer/IP opportunities, and performance data to support long-term planning.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or roles related to strategic growth within the video game or technology sectors;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build high-value partnerships with diverse stakeholders;
Strategic, customer-focused mindset with demonstrated experience in developing long-term relationships and delivering high-impact business solutions;
Proven ability to think critically, operate at both strategic and operational levels, and navigate complex global environments;
Highly effective at collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams and contributing to a transparent, open knowledge-sharing culture.
