Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows- und Client-Administration, Office-365/M365, Active Directory/Entra ID und Remote-Tools
Erfahrung mit Ticket- und ITSM-Systemen (z. B. ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management)
Scripting-Grundkenntnisse (z. B. PowerShell, Bash, Power Automate)
