Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Enterprise clients
Providing comprehensive customer service for Enterprise accounts, including troubleshooting and technical support related to our product
Managing a dedicated client portfolio
Proficiency in using various e-commerce systems and tools
Requirements
Expert knowledge of the Base product or similar SaaS e-commerce platfor
Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent work organisation and the ability to work independently
Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
Experience in the e-commerce and/or SaaS industry is a significant plus
Proficiency in English
