Responsibilities
Independently manage key account customers
Prepare and follow up on collection, listing and promotional meetings
Draft and prepare tailored customer offers
Serve as the customers' competent point of contact (by phone, in person, e-mail, trade shows)
Actively participate in national trade shows
Work closely and cooperatively with the field sales team
Coordinate and monitor customer promotions in collaboration with sales management and the field sales team
Communicate and align with internal stakeholders
Prepare reports for sales management
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
Initial experience as a Key Account Manager or in a comparable position, preferably in the consumer goods sector
Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently and structurally drive multiple ongoing projects
Sales aptitude, strong service orientation and negotiation skills
Confident user of MS Office 365
Target- and result-oriented working style, team player, and very good German and English language skills
