Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you handle customer inquiries and support your clients from first contact through to contract signing
You actively acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
You monitor market trends and provide valuable input to optimize our processes
You also work closely with our engineering, project planning, and internal sales teams to best meet customer expectations
Requirements
You have completed training as an electronics technician, ideally with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, or you have a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
Ideally you already have two years of field sales experience and a strong willingness to travel is a given for you
You have experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and ideally with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Zoho, etc.)
Technology is your passion and ideally you already have experience with products in the e-mobility sector
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you are communicative and can convince C-level executives as a persistent yet likeable counterpart
