Responsibilities
Own post-sales success for Uncountable’s customers, driving renewals, expansion, and advocacy
Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and keep both internal teams and customer stakeholders aligned
Increase customer engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, and deep knowledge of customer activity
Become a trusted advisor by demonstrating ROI, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring customer success
Partner with Sales to design and execute expansion strategies for key accounts
Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to identify improvements to the product and customer journey
Act as the “voice of the customer” internally, advocating for customer needs and improvements
Requirements
2–5 years: Prior experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
5+ years: Track record of independently managing enterprise accounts and influencing executive stakeholders
8-10+ years: Deep experience leading strategic accounts, building executive partnerships
Outstanding executive presence and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to travel 20–30%
Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographic customers
