Responsibilities
Beantwoordt HR-vragen van interne klanten en biedt oplossingsgericht advies
Ondersteunt bij het verwerken van mutaties en het correct toepassen van cao’s en BAM-regelingen
Helpt interne klanten zelfstandig HR-processen uit te voeren via ESS/MSS
Zorgt voor tijdige, nauwkeurige en klantgerichte HR-dienstverlening
Signaleert en implementeert verbeteringen in processen en informatievoorziening
Requirements
HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM, en relevante werkervaring
Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en het verbeteren van HR-dienstverlening
Vaardig in het structureren en analyseren van complexe informatie
Handig met systemen en tools, waaronder Excel en HR-software
Oog voor detail en een oplossingsgerichte mindset
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bereidheid om continu te leren
