Responsibilities
First point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related and employment law questions
Handling operational tasks within HR management
Analyzing key metrics, deriving HR measures from them and preparing decision-making materials for management

Initiating and supporting personnel development measures
Assisting with the preparation of workforce planning and the personnel budget
Requirements
Professional experience in a generalist HR environment
Good knowledge of employment law
Strong IT affinity for digital HR applications, including very good MS Office skills
