Manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing
Build a pipeline from target accounts using value-added outbound campaigns: calls, emails and social media
Play a key role in defining our go-to-market approach and influence how we engage and close accounts
Share customer feedback to help evolve our product and positioning
Leverage the founding team to accelerate sales cycles and secure buy-in from business owners
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a closing role with responsibility across the full sales cycle, including cold prospecting
Curious about understanding your clients’ business challenges
Disciplined in tracking and improving your daily performance
Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work without established processes
Driven by success and naturally adept at building relationships
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
