Responsibilities
Organization, coordination and overall responsibility: Sales
That means no cold calling, but handling and nurturing of existing contacts and leads
Introduction and rollout of the POS area (Point of Sale), possibly including retail
Support with team management
With attention to some controlling tasks (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)
Requirements
3–5 years of professional experience
Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founded, led or sold a company)
Intrinsic motivation, commitment and loyalty
Entrepreneurial awareness and mindset, both technically and mentally
