The Principal Account Executive is a high‑impact, consultative sales leader responsible for driving new business and expanding long‑term partnerships within the healthcare staffing ecosystem
This role focuses on selling SaaS‑based VMS solutions by engaging senior decision‑makers, understanding complex workforce challenges, and delivering scalable solutions that improve visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency
You will be serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations navigating contingent workforce complexity.
Requirements
Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
Experience within healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or technology sales
Working knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and contingent labor models
Familiarity with enterprise healthcare buyers, managed service programs (MSP), or staffing suppliers a plus
