About the role

  • Senior Service Sales Representative responsible for HVAC solutions and client relationships. Meeting sales objectives and managing key accounts for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Determine customer needs and develop/estimate project solutions for HVAC and Controls
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Develop multi-layer customer relationships
  • Create a backlog of work to support short and long-term goals
  • Be a trusted advisor to major customers
  • Manage key accounts effectively
  • Source and contact potential clients weekly
  • Update CRM software regularly
  • Work with team members to generate additional work for services
  • Suggest upgrades and develop/present solutions

Requirements

  • Must have ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
  • Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding established sales goals of over $5MM annually
  • Proven track record of account management and retention
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Innovative ideas for excellent customer care
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to source leads, make cold calls, follow up calls and visit potential clients
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
