Responsibilities
Determine customer needs and develop/estimate project solutions for HVAC and Controls
Meet or exceed sales objectives
Develop multi-layer customer relationships
Create a backlog of work to support short and long-term goals
Be a trusted advisor to major customers
Manage key accounts effectively
Source and contact potential clients weekly
Update CRM software regularly
Work with team members to generate additional work for services
Suggest upgrades and develop/present solutions
Requirements
Must have ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding established sales goals of over $5MM annually
Proven track record of account management and retention
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Innovative ideas for excellent customer care
Organized and self-motivated
Ability to source leads, make cold calls, follow up calls and visit potential clients
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
