Responsibilities
Act as EU IT Manager reporting to the Global VP of Technology.
Serve as the primary IT contact for EU leadership and local stakeholders.
Oversee daily IT operations for Milan HQ and retail environments (endpoints, networks, Wi-Fi, AV, inventory, infrastructure).
Ensure compliance with global IT standards, security policies, and GDPR.
Own relationships with EU Managed Service Providers and technology vendors, ensuring SLA performance.
Improve local incident response, risk identification, and business continuity.
Coordinate EU technology initiatives with Global Digital Delivery, Data & Analytics, Business Applications, and IT Operations teams.
Provide Level 1 support for key business applications (NetSuite, Centric PLM, LNB) and support testing and rollouts.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, inventories, and operational best practices.
Support and mentor local IT resources and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT operations or IT management.
Experience in multi-office or international environments preferred.
Strong understanding of security frameworks and GDPR.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, ITIL, Jamf, Intune) are a plus.
Strong hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, networking, MDM, security, and AV systems.
Proven experience managing vendors, MSPs, and service SLAs.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Organized, service-oriented, and calm under pressure.
Experience in luxury fashion, retail, or creative environments required.
