Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients (mid-market and enterprise)
Manage targets and results
Conduct renewal follow-ups
Identify and map new business opportunities
Lead and facilitate meetings
Collaborate with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
Participate in events, committees, and seminars
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service and relationship management
Availability to work in a hybrid model – in-office 3 days per week
