Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email & LinkedIn to acquire new B2B customers in the German market
Present solutions tailored to prospects' needs and challenges
Independently generate, qualify and nurture leads and manage your own sales pipeline
Use CRM tools to document activities and perform structured follow-up
Collaborate with team leads and Account Executives to optimize the process and hand over qualified opportunities
Requirements
Initial experience in outbound calling / telesales / lead generation, ideally B2B
Confident phone skills with a high call volume and ability to book qualified meetings
Resilient, goal-oriented, and confident handling objections
Structured and reliable CRM documentation and follow-up
Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1)
