Responsibilities
Operate as a critical driver of pipeline generation and revenue growth
Identify, prioritise, and execute on high-value target accounts across Europe and beyond
Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified pipeline
Engage and influence senior decision-makers, uncovering complex business challenges and aligning solutions
Consistently deliver high-quality, sales-ready opportunities for Account Executives
Own and forecast your pipeline with accuracy using best-in-class sales tools
Act as a role model within the SDR team—sharing best practices and supporting onboarding
Requirements
Proven SDR who consistently exceeds targets
Advanced communication and objection-handling skills
Commercial acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders
High levels of resilience, ownership, and self-motivation
Strong organisational and time management capabilities
A data-driven approach to performance and optimisation
Experience with Outreach / Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms
Phone-based selling experience
