Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing distributors and their performance through monitoring volume, sales, billing, support reports, and conducting field visits;
Monitor weekly volume and billing targets by product category through updating, controlling, and analyzing reports and spreadsheets;
Serve as the interface between Ajinomoto and distributors, requesting reports, controlling the flow of information and commercial reports, requesting invoice copies, orders, stock information, and tracking sales;
Develop, implement and monitor marketing and sales activities and sales campaigns in the region under your responsibility;
Responsible for training the distributor's sales and merchandising team: defining schedules, preparing materials, and demonstrating errors using field photos;
Control investment budgets for Marketing/Sales actions, monitoring distributor sales invoices and reimbursements;
Request and control merchandising materials at the distributor, verifying their storage and use;
Conduct market analysis, prospect potential clients, and train the distributor's sales team;
Perform other duties related to the role.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel);
Previous professional experience in the commercial/sales area;
Valid driver's license (CNH — Brazil), category B or higher, required to meet travel demands;
Must reside in São Paulo/SP;
Availability to travel within the State of São Paulo to the distributor regions with which you will have regular contact;
Prior experience in the food industry and/or retail will be considered a plus;
