  • Client Services Coordinator responsible for excellent customer service and handling client inquiries in Liverpool, UK. Working within a hybrid system to manage client relationships efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and overseas offices, verbally and electronically.
  • handle all client inquiries and communicate with clients in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Good Client liaison skills, presenting a professional image and able to develop sound Client relationships.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate (verbally/written) and liaise professionally at all levels within and outside of the Company.
  • Team player with dignity and due respect for colleagues.
  • A good understanding of quality of service and appreciation of factors involved in delivering a quality service.
  • Excellent organisation with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive approach working from own initiative.
  • IT Literate: Competent with Microsoft Office packages and confident in preparing management information and reports.
  • Administration experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
  • Required Qualifications GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English Language, Maths, and Science.
  • Required Languages Spanish, Mandarin, and Russian advantageous.
