Requirements
3-5 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
