Responsibilities
Provide administrative, customer service, and business development support to investment advisors and the team.
Respond to client requests for information regarding their accounts and the firm’s products and services.
Conduct research and follow up as needed to ensure high-quality service.
Refer requests to the appropriate person or team.
Advise members/clients on choosing and making the most of tools and channels based on their desired level of independence and automation.
Answer incoming calls, handle information requests, and direct them to the appropriate contact.
Help identify your team’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) or equivalent college credential in a relevant discipline
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
