About the role

  • Member/client service agent supporting investment advisors at Desjardins Group. Conducting research, responding to client requests, and helping maintain business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, customer service, and business development support to investment advisors and the team.
  • Respond to client requests for information regarding their accounts and the firm’s products and services.
  • Conduct research and follow up as needed to ensure high-quality service.
  • Refer requests to the appropriate person or team.
  • Advise members/clients on choosing and making the most of tools and channels based on their desired level of independence and automation.
  • Answer incoming calls, handle information requests, and direct them to the appropriate contact.
  • Help identify your team’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) or equivalent college credential in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered
  • French language proficiency required
