Responsibilities
Support screening resumes, contact candidates and schedule interviews for recruitment and selection processes.
Assist in the hiring/onboarding process by requesting personal documents and scheduling pre-employment medical exams.
Support timekeeping control of employees through the electronic time clock system.
Assist in maintaining medical, dental and life insurance benefits, including adding and removing employees and dependents.
Post invoices in the SAP system and monitor invoices received and outstanding throughout the month.
Assist with monthly payroll data entry.
Support the process for ratifying collective bargaining agreements by scheduling assemblies, organizing voting and verifying documentation to be sent to the union.
Manage physical and electronic documents.
Keep building management/condominium informed of active/inactive employees.
Manage parking spaces allocated to employees in the building parking lot.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources or Psychology (from a university program that does not require a CRP-licensed supervisor for the internship).
Expected graduation after July 2027; available for evening classes.
