Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of vendor relationships for IT professional services
- Assist corporate procurement in the negotiation of contracts, SLAs, and KPIs with IT service providers
- Monitor vendor performance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that reduce costs while increasing value
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the IT Labor Strategy
- Facilitate communication between vendors, IT teams, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
- Seven (7) years of experience in IT vendor management, with at least 3 years focused on IT professional services
- Proven track record in managing large, complex IT service contracts
- MBA degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
- Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), or similar
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or similar tools used in vendor management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
