Responsibilities
Handling technical customer inquiries for DSL, mobile, cable and fiber-optic services
Handling technical customer inquiries related to devices, and providing product/tariff (plan) consultation
Managing network-related complaints in customer interactions (Mobile Postpaid)
Handling third-party provider inquiries (Netflix, Sky and others)
Requirements
Technical understanding and an affinity for telecommunications products (mobile services, DSL)
Confident use of computers and systems
Service-oriented mindset and approach
Strong communication and presentation skills
Quick comprehension and strong empathy
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level), and confident use of common PC applications.
