About the role
- Technical Consultant Intern in Project Management and Technical Consulting team at Thales, focusing on banking and payment services. Supporting project execution and enhancing operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Become a Technical Consultant and Project Manager: Learn about Thales DIS standards, products, processes, and tools.
- Gather the functional and technical needs of the client, analyze them, and formalize them into specifications for the development teams.
- Coordinate the client and internal teams to implement projects within the specified timelines.
- Meet the commitments made to the client (deadlines and delivered services).
- Customize and validate cards using internal simulators.
- Improve the quality and efficiency of projects through process and tool improvements.
- Analyze internal processes and propose improvement plans to management.
- Provide support to internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Sales...) when needed.
- Prepare reports for management.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telematics or similar.
- To have completed all the subjects of the degree/master's degree (except for the TFG/TFM).
- High level of English & Spanish (oral & written).
- Interest in innovation & project management.
- Soft skills: good communication, analytical skills and dynamic & rigorous person.
