Responsibilities
- Serve as a business representative supporting work management products used by Distribution Vegetation Management.
- Establish working relationships with field personnel, leadership, and suppliers.
- Support operations in planning, creation, validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Involved in the sustainment and enhancement of products.
- Work with EAM to define, configure, and test solutions.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to develop standards, processes, methodologies, templates, and guidelines.
- Create projections and complex analysis to support strategic planning.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Mathematics or Statistics or Business or Other Related Degree or Information Technology or Communications or Technical degree
- 2 years related work experience
- Familiarity with the Maximo application
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet objectives.
- Experience managing multiple and competing priorities.
- Familiarity with IT concepts, project management, business case development, and IT strategy or architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to query databases using SQL
