Responsibilities
Lead the commercial expansion process, from prospecting to closing new contracts;
Conduct presentation meetings of the business model for potential partners/franchisees;
Qualify leads and assess fit with the network's desired profile;
Manage the entire sales funnel in the CRM, ensuring organization and predictability of results;
Support candidates in analyzing the business model, required investment, and expected returns;
Work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure a structured onboarding of new partners;
Provide insights and suggestions to improve the expansion process and partner acquisition;
Lead negotiations and support the contractual signing process.
Requirements
Hunter profile with strong prospecting skills and ability to generate new business opportunities;
Experience in consultative sales and high-value negotiations;
Excellent communication, argumentation, and influencing skills;
Ability to lead executive meetings and present business model proposals;
Strong target and results orientation;
Experience with franchise expansion, licensing, or network development;
Experience managing a commercial pipeline and using CRM systems;
Ability to analyze and manage income statements (DRE) with franchisees;
Strong strategic planning, organization, discipline, and time-management skills.
