Responsibilities
Drive the continued growth & development of Persona’s Integration and Workforce partners
Connect deeply into the ecosystem to inform the Partnerships roadmap & strategy
Discover, evaluate, and help launch new partners; add process and structure to scale these programs
Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing — support engagements with customers & prospects
Support legal and commercial negotiation of new partnership agreements
Own KPIs for partners, such as Product Usage, Revenue Generation, and Brand Awareness
Build thought leadership within our industry; represent Persona at industry-leading events
Requirements
7+ years of experience in business development or partnership management (fintech, regtech, or financial services experience a strong plus)
Ability and desire to deeply understand market, industry, and core use cases of fraud, compliance and trust & safety
Strategic sense and skills to see the big picture; tactical enough to execute and operationalize deals
Willingness to roll up sleeves and take on tasks; collaborative approach with low ego
Fluent in the entire lifecycle of a business partner, from discovery and evaluation, through commercialization and account management
Strong track record of developing long-term relationships; excellent at communication and negotiation
Experience working at an early or mid stage startup
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, executive presence, and attention to detail
Growth mindset, ability to receive and act on feedback, and a sense of humor.
