Requirements
7+ years of progressive HR experience
Significant experience as an HRBP supporting technical or product-focused teams
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Demonstrated experience driving HR initiatives and leading organizational change
Proven ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with technical talent is highly preferred.
