About the role
- HR Operations Specialist managing M&A projects and transformations at RTX. Supporting leadership through project transitions, identifying risks and facilitating resolution of operational defects.
Responsibilities
- Support transformational and MA&D project leads in identifying risks, barriers and opportunities
- Assist in the translation of project execution requirements into case management infrastructure
- Assist and as acumen increases lead resolution of operational/production defects
- Oversee support executive dashboard reporting
- Support cross-functional and cross-business unit collaboration
- Interact with business leaders on confidential transformational and MA&D priorities
- Collaborate with RTX Case Management configuration team on deployment and process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Minimum 6 months working M&A and/or Global project implementation and integration experience
- Prior experience in HR operations, Finance, compliance, and workforce strategy within a multinational organization
