About the role

  • HR Operations Specialist managing M&A projects and transformations at RTX. Supporting leadership through project transitions, identifying risks and facilitating resolution of operational defects.

Responsibilities

  • Support transformational and MA&D project leads in identifying risks, barriers and opportunities
  • Assist in the translation of project execution requirements into case management infrastructure
  • Assist and as acumen increases lead resolution of operational/production defects
  • Oversee support executive dashboard reporting
  • Support cross-functional and cross-business unit collaboration
  • Interact with business leaders on confidential transformational and MA&D priorities
  • Collaborate with RTX Case Management configuration team on deployment and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Minimum 6 months working M&A and/or Global project implementation and integration experience
  • Prior experience in HR operations, Finance, compliance, and workforce strategy within a multinational organization
