Responsibilities
Manage processes related to the area's data privacy.
Provide support to managers and employees with recruitment and selection needs.
Participate in committees, meetings, and various programs.
Plan and manage organizational integration/onboarding activities.
Create, coordinate, and oversee internal events.
Communicate activities and ensure the full organization and execution of events.
Conduct internal and external candidate recruitment and selection.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology.
Postgraduate degree in HR (preferred).
Active CRP (Regional Psychology Council) registration — preferred.
Experience with the Sólides platform (preferred).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
