Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–8 years of experience in HR operations, operations, or strategy with at least 2 years in a global or regional capacity
Expertise in HRIS systems, process optimization, and global compliance
Experience with process improvement methodologies
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization
