Responsibilities

Win projects in the areas of custom software, machine learning, and data science, working closely with our outstanding software engineering team
Manage acquisitions through to closing, generate follow-on business, and further expand cooperation with newly acquired clients
Be willing to say "no" to customers when appropriate, because we only sell solutions we truly stand behind
Requirements
Strong passion for selling project-based services
Ability to network effectively within large organizations and pique interest in BettercallPaul
A relevant professional network and an understanding of IT project sales
Proven initial successes, ideally in the area of custom software
A mindset focused on finding the best solution for customers' needs and requirements
Enjoyment in customer interaction and excellent communication skills
Desire to actively contribute to the growth of BettercallPaul
High level of independence and self-motivation – we operate as a team while working very autonomously
A completed degree in Computer Science or Business (or a related field)
Business-fluent German and at least fluent English
