Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential new clients
Conduct sales calls and presentations to convince prospective clients of our software solutions
Build and maintain a network of decision-makers across various industries
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage and further develop existing customer relationships
Analyze customer needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and advisory services
Prepare proposals and lead negotiations through to contract signing
Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads
Document all activities in the CRM system and produce regular sales reports
Requirements
Completed training or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification; career changers and applicants seeking the next career step are welcome
2–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the software sector
Proven success in acquiring new customers and building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong negotiation abilities
Proactive, goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
