Requirements
Extensive experience delivering complex consulting or technology projects, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
Strong presales background, with the ability to design solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
Proven leadership in managing teams and large-scale engagements.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work across cultures and collaborate with global teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
12+ years in consulting, delivery, or leadership roles.
Fluent in English and Spanish; willing to travel regionally and internationally.
