Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of sales representatives responsible for converting inbound patient leads into consultations and procedures
Track and analyze key conversion metrics across the patient acquisition funnel
Train representatives to guide patients through complex healthcare decisions with empathy, credibility, and clarity
Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability structures for high team performance
Partner with Growth, Product, and Care Operations to improve lead routing and sales operations
Work closely with marketing, clinical, and care operations teams for a seamless patient experience
Requirements
5-8+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative sales environments
2-4+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams
Proven experience managing sales funnels, conversion metrics, and KPIs
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with sales dashboards and performance data
Experience coaching representatives in consultative, high-trust sales conversations
Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving processes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical procedures
