Responsibilities
Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing the sales lifecycle after deal approval.
Draft, send, track, and file Insertion Orders (IOs).
Assist in preparing media kits, decks, performance metrics, and rate cards for prospective clients.
Maintain organized outreach documentation, deal trackers, and pipeline documents.
Build campaign recaps and case studies for future pitches.
Assist in client communication related to timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
Help track unpaid invoices and coordinate billing follow-ups internally.
Assist in the execution of daily email sends (2 per day: AM and PM).
Coordinate sponsored email placements and ensure all assets and links are correctly implemented.
Support scheduling of affiliate roundups, deal-focused emails, and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain and segment email lists.
Clean and manage lists in the ESP by removing non-deliverable contacts.
Track and report on Open Rate (OR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and engagement metrics.
Assist in A/B testing subject lines and optimizing performance.
