Responsibilities
Develop, suggest and execute Business Development strategies to expand the company’s client base.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Manage and grow new and existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Identify market trends and new opportunities within the banking services industry.
Collaborate with internal team to design tailored solutions that address client needs.
Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with key stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, navigating complex organizational structures to influence decision-making.
Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market activity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Banking sector.
Excellent use of Greek and English language.
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
