Sales Development Representative generating B2B leads in IT consulting sector. Presenting solutions and building client relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Presenting our company and current projects to prospective new clients by phone (inbound & outbound)
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with IT decision-makers in the B2B sector
Developing and implementing innovative lead-generation strategies
Creative outreach to new leads in the SAP and Atlassian context — via phone, email, LinkedIn, and more
Coordinating and supporting client meetings and web meetings
Preparing tailored proposals after analyzing customer requirements
Attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events across Germany
Close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams
Requirements
Some experience in sales, ideally in B2B tech sales
Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems
Strong communication skills, persistence, and good interpersonal instincts
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Interest in IT topics, preferably SAP & Atlassian
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English is a plus
