Revenue Operations Manager at paretos, connecting Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Shaping collaboration and processes to optimize revenue workflows for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Designing, documenting, and continuously improving end-to-end revenue workflows across the full customer journey
Defining and enforcing clear handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to reduce friction and ensure accountability
Building and managing a structured enablement program (onboarding, training, certifications, sales playbooks, methodology frameworks like MEDDIC/Challenger)
Taking ownership of our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring it serves as the single source of truth and integrates seamlessly with our GTM tech stack (e.g. LI Sales Navigator)
Implementing automated workflows and system integrations to reduce manual work and boost scalability
Defining data quality standards, monitoring dashboards, and driving proactive improvements in data governance
Creating actionable analytics and reporting (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, funnel analysis) for both leadership and team levels
Partnering with leadership to shape GTM strategy and align revenue planning with company OKRs
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations, ideally in SaaS or subscription businesses
Hands-on experience in CRM ownership and process optimization (HubSpot) – understanding and improving core systems.
Experience with Clay highly appreciated
Practical experience in Sales Enablement , including onboarding, training, or playbooks
Solid understanding of Marketing , Sales , and Customer Success processes , with the ability to improve workflows
Interest and foundational skills in data analysis , reporting , and funnel tracking ; experience with BI tools is a plus
Tech-savvy and curious, capable of effectively leveraging GTM tools and automation, profound knowledge of LLMs and prompting.
Hands-on , detail-oriented , and pragmatic , flexible in moving from strategy to execution
Collaborative team player with growth mindset , eager to shape processes and deliver measurable impact
Fluent in German native or bilingual (as the focus is DACH) and English (as we are an international company).
