About the role

• Qualitäts- und Prozessmanager verantwortet integriertes Managementsystem und Audits. Axians unterstützt dabei Unternehmen bei der Modernisierung ihrer digitalen Infrastrukturen.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements from standards such as ISO 9001 into practical work processes and implement them.
• Provide methods and procedures for analyzing, optimizing and monitoring an integrated management system and ensure they are used effectively.
• Maintain and further develop procedures across the entire company, including organizing appropriate training and courses.
• Detect system deviations at an early stage, assess them thoroughly and initiate targeted improvement measures for the management systems.
• Support the entire process from preparation and introduction through to continuous development.
• Evaluate internal audits and, if required, support external audits.
• Assemble a qualified audit team and ensure its professional development.

Requirements

• Degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) computer science, quality management or a comparable discipline – alternatively equivalent vocational training.
• Initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of additional standards — for example environmental management, information security (ISO 27001), occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) or energy management — is a plus.
• Mindset: analytical and structured.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills.
