- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk monitoring.
- Drive active risk mitigation within the stakeholder group.
- Monitor progress and performance, ensuring quality standards are met throughout deployment.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior leadership and external partners.
- Facilitate issue resolution and maintain clear lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company policies.
- Pro-actively communicate and manage expectations of all parties in the project.
Requirements
- Previous experience (3-5 years) in project management, ideally within a hardware/software environment.
- Demonstrated record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, particularly in the Middle East.
- Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia as needed.
- Confident in a fast-paced environment and an ability to hit the ground running.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable but not essential.
